Both pianist and composer, Anne de Boysson finished her studies in 2013 at the Conservatoire of La Rochelle. At the same time, she won the first prize at the international competition ‘Music and Earth’ in Sofia for her composition ‘Metamorphose’.


She works with masters such as Eric Tanguy, Pascal Zavaro, Jean-Michel Bernard and Narcis Bonnet, and was selected in 2015 for the Master Class of Composition directed by Marc Marder et the International Festival of Film in Aubagne.


She is also known for composing for cello quintet, notably a composition commemorating the centenary of the First World War. This piece was played at the Memorial of Peronne on the 2nd July 2014. The memorial audience included eighty UNESCO ambassadors who were present for this landmark event.


 Based in Paris, Anne’s work continues to alternate between composing and recitals. She has composed film scores for more than twenty short films such as ‘Lotte’ and ‘Ripaille’ produced by the Ecole des Gobelins, the music for the International Film Animation of Annecy, and ‘Bermudes’ by Vanessa Chauvin which was selected for the Ramdam Festival in 2016.
